Everything You Need To Know About Jabra Elite 85t

ANC feature is a big thing that many audio makers are craving for.

A set of Jabra Elite series

Fully adjustable ANC

Future TWS will come with a brillient feature that they can automatically adjust the ANC level based on the environment, now Jabra Elite 85t come close, well we have to adjust ANC levels but not just 3, we have 11 levels and you do it on Jabra Sound+ app by sliding to toggle between levels.

I think you only need ANC’s highest level when you are on flights.

Battery life is not longer than Jabra Elite 75t

Everthing related to ANC will consume battery and with ANC on the Elite 85 only lasts 5.5 hours, definitely you need more for your long-haul flights.

The Elite 85t has the Lithium button-cell battery, like other Sony, Bose or Apple TWS earbuds.

Hopefully, in the next gen of button bettery they could have fast charging feature that just in 10 or 15 min the battery will get full-charge.

The Elite 85t looks a lot like other in Elite series. But they are bit heavier and the bud goes deeper into your ears since ANC components require space to be welded in Bluetooth modules.

Sound quality

Jabra 75t’s sounding profile is not the same as the 85t which have more dynamic sound and bigger bass with 12mm drivers.

Sound Customization

With EQ and presets, it’s fun to play around with the track you’re listening to.

Better For Calls

Each bud has 3 mics, 2 mics are placed and work the same way as in AirPods Pro or Huawei Free Buds Pro. The last one will work to pick up the user’s voice when they make calls, and with improved noise reduction tech, the call quality is clearer than 75t.

The sidetone feature works nicely when you want you to hear your voice while talking on phone, you can adjust sidetone level for best call experience.

Voice Assistant

Just use voice comand to activate Siri or Google Assistant voice assistant.

IPX4 Rating

It’s safe to use if you sweat a lot.

Wireless charging case

The bud is not totally sealed in the ear, so it’s more comfortable than 75t, but when ANC is off their noise isolation capacity is not as good as Elite 75t.

Newly designed oval-shaped eartips also help.

Color options

Titanium/black, gold/beige, copper/black, black and grey come later next year in January.

The Price and availability

Elite 85t will be retailed for $229 and available for pre-order on Amazon and Best Buy in October.
